Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy and fee is determined by the time remaining before the canceled booking’s service start time.

This is designed to be fair to both Clients and Ambassadors.

More than 12 hours:

​

There are no charges or fee for cancellations made 12 hours or more before service start time.

​

​

Between 4 - 12 hours:

We charge a standard fee of $5 for cancellations that are made between 4 and 12 hours before the service start time.

 

 

Less than 4 hours:

We charge a fee that is equal to Service's hourly-rate for cancellations made less than 4 hours before the service start time.
