We connect you with pre-vetted Reach Ambassadors who understand you and provide affirming, inclusive, and respectful care, support, and services — because being your TRUE self should always be SAFE.
- 02Traditional home care often operates with rigid contracts, high minimums, and providers who may not understand or affirm your identity. inQlusive Reach is flexible, on-demand, and built specifically for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. We prioritize lived-experience, genuine allyship, and the creation of a space and relationship where you can be your authentic self without fear of discrimination or misunderstanding.
- 03Absolutely! We’re inclusive - not exclusive. While inQlusive Reach was created to serve, support, and lift the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, we welcome everyone who shares our values of inclusivity, respect, and empathy. Our helpers are trained to provide compassionate, affirming care to all clients. If you’re looking for quality support from kind, understanding professionals, you’re welcome here. You are expected to reciprocate the same inclusive values towards our helpers which are members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. 🫶
- 04Every helper goes through a comprehensive process including background checks, reference validation, and a personal interview focused on inclusivity, empathy, and cultural competence. We believe that lived-experience and genuine allyship provides a great foundation for truly inclusive care. Only those who demonstrate an authentic understanding and commitment to our values are approved. We also make available and provide regular and ongoing inclusivity training and materials to our helpers.
- 05We offer a wide range of support including companionship, travel companions (on foot, by transit, or by car), housekeeping (regular and deep cleaning), kitchen assistance, personal shopping, pet care, tech support, snow removal, and regular check-ins (virtual or in-person). - 06We’re on-demand! You can book services for as soon as tomorrow. No complicated contracts, no long wait times — just flexible and inclusive support when you need it.
- 07Simply visit our website, create a profile on the Tuktu platform via the Book Now button, and browse available helpers and services to select the support you need. Choose your preferred date and time, and confirm your booking. You can review helper profiles, ratings, and availability before making your choice.
- 08Service availability depends on helper schedules. While we don’t currently offer guaranteed 24/7 coverage, many of our helpers have flexible availability including evenings and weekends. We’re continuously growing our network to better serve the community around the clock.
- 09Absolutely! Our personal shoppers can handle groceries, prescriptions, and other errands for you. Our travel companions can accompany you on foot, via public transit, or by car to appointments, social outings, or wherever you need to go.
- 10It’s free to register and browse. Service costs vary based on the type of support you need. You’ll find information pertaining to our costs on our Services page and within the platform. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees — you’ll see the price before booking.
- 11Yes! If you find a helper you connect with, you can request them for future bookings. Building ongoing relationships with trusted helpers is encouraged — consistency and familiarity can make your care experience even more comfortable and personalized.
- 12We are currently starting by serving within the Greater Vancouver area and outside perimeters including Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Langley, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Tsawwassen, Chilliwack, Port Moody, Squamish, and Whistler. We can’t wait to grow and scale-out further within the province and beyond.
- 13Getting started is simple! Register for free on the platform via the Book Now button on our website, browse helper profiles and services, and book the support you need. If you have questions or need guidance, our support team is here to help you every step of the way.
- 14Payment is processed securely through our platform. There’s no need for immediate payment to the provider at the time of the service. We’ll send you an invoice to your email, and you can easily pay using credit card online, over the phone, or via e-transfer. Please note, we do not accept cash payments. All transactions are protected and your financial information is kept confidential.
- 15No long-term commitments required! We offer flexible 1-hour minimums for all services, followed by increments of 15 minutes thereafter.
- 16Cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both clients and helpers. Our cancellation fee is determined by the time remaining before the service’s start time. More than 12 hours: We charge no fee for cancellations. 4-12 hours: We charge a standard fee of $5. Less than 4 hours: We charge a fee equal to the booked hourly rate.
- 17You can book as soon as tomorrow or plan ahead for future dates. The more advance notice you provide, the more helper options you’ll have available, but we’re here to support you with flexible, on-demand scheduling.
- 18We understand how difficult those experiences can be. Every helper on our platform is committed to our values of inclusivity, safety, and empowerment. If you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe, our support team will take immediate action — your wellbeing is our priority.
- 19Absolutely. Your identity, personal details, and all communication are protected by strict privacy protocols. We never share your information without your explicit consent. Your trust matters to us.
- 20Yes! You can browse helper profiles, read reviews and ratings, and choose someone who feels like the right fit for you — based on your comfort, identity, and preferences. You’re in control.
- 21If something doesn’t feel right, you can report it directly through the platform. Our support team responds quickly and takes all concerns seriously. We’re here to ensure you feel safe, supported, and heard.
