Services for Employers
The workforce has changed:
Do your benefits packages reflect the diversity realities of households?
Next Generation Workforce

For those now entering the workforce, Stats Canada reports that approximately 10.5% young Canadian adults (Gen Z) identify as 2SLGBTQIA+. Private sector surveys, such as those from Deloitte Canada and Gallup, report that this number is closer to 15-20%.
Are you ready with 2SLGBTQIA+ benefits for the next generation workforce?

For those already in your workforce, many of which are your current mid-level managers or senior leaders, reports show 5-10% identify as 2SLGBTQIA+. Many of them feel their existing benefits and EAP/EFAP programs doesn't really support who they are.
You can show them you understand and offer something FOR them, BY them.

Queer Families are unique. Canadians in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community are significantly more likely to live in "non traditional" households. A study by Egale Canada found that 2SLGBTQIA+ Canadians are more likely to provide care for "chosen family" members but are less likely to have access to employer benefits that recognize these non-legal bonds.
Inclusive benefits packages are no longer just an add-on. They are a talent attraction and retention strategy.
Traditional Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are not well equipped to handle specific 2SLGBTQIA+ needs. We fill that gap.
Go further than awareness and recognition, offer your employees support that recognizes the diverse structure of modern Canadian households and families.
